What gets built in Helensvale
Established housing from the 1990s and 2000s sits alongside newer estates, with the shopping centre and the rail and light rail interchange at the middle of it. Hope Island and the canal and golf estates immediately east are a noticeably higher-end market with the detailing expectations that go with it.
