Fit-out means finishing the inside of a space so it is ready to use. On our jobs that covers joinery and cabinets, benchtops, doors and hardware, flooring, ceilings and partitions, fixtures, and the trim and finishing work that ties it together. Some projects are the whole lot; plenty are one part of it. We are happy to do either.

Both. Residential work is mostly custom joinery and second fix carpentry — kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, doors, skirting and trims. Commercial work is shopfitting and fit-outs for retail, hospitality and office tenancies, a good part of it subcontracted to main contractors and project managers who need a trade that works to a program and around other trades.

Yes. We hold QBCC contractor licence 15612157, which you can check yourself on the QBCC public register in about thirty seconds — the licence number on this site links straight to it. Our ABN is 23 694 305 550, and we are a Proud Member of Master Builders Queensland.

We are based in Oxenford and work across the Gold Coast, South Brisbane and Northern NSW. The suburbs we are in most often have their own pages, and there is a full list of the patch on the areas page. If you are just outside it, it is still worth calling — if you are close to somewhere we already work, the answer is usually yes.

Call, or send through rough measurements and a few photos of the space using the form. That is usually enough for us to come back with options and a firm price. We answer enquiries within one business day. For anything beyond a simple job we will want to see the space in person before the price is final, because measuring off a photo is how mistakes get made.

Regularly. A good part of our work comes through main contractors, project managers and designers rather than directly from the end client. We are used to working to someone else’s drawings and program, coordinating around other trades, and keeping the site organised enough that finished work does not get damaged before handover.

Both. We manufacture some of our joinery in-house and work with trusted joinery suppliers on other projects, depending on what the job calls for. We install cabinetry we have supplied ourselves, and we are happy to install flat-pack cabinetry if that is what you already have.

All our work is covered by the applicable statutory QBCC warranties. If something comes up after the job is finished, get in touch — we will assess it and work with you to get it sorted.

Check the licence first, and check it yourself — QBCC numbers are searchable on a public register, and a contractor who will not give you theirs has already told you something. Ask for photos of their own finished work nearby rather than stock images. Read the reviews for how problems got handled, not just the star rating. Get the quote in writing with the scope spelled out, so "supply and install" is not quietly doing a lot of work. And ask who will actually be on site — the person quoting is not always the person cutting.
